    Spoke to execs on SEC listing a while back. Issue is IF MAD gets to a certain pivotal SP [NB: as a small cap in US SEC SP=ASX SP x 30] SEC want $1M pa for the pleasure, that's a cost our conservative management thinks can be better put into 4+ more 5000ft wells. Nothing stopping the Texans putting in a TO bid...
