If such a small sale of directors shares had such a reaction, what would you think of a large buy by 2 director in AUSTINDO RESOURCES CORPORATION NL (ARX). That's what happened with ARX .... Any thoughts on that?

I just noticed that ARX company directors have bought the shares and increasing their stake .... Wonder why?????

John C. Carlile (Director) Increased holding from 9,699,028 to 19,398,056 (directly) and @ 1.5 cents and bought 969,903 ARXO.

Bruce J. Watson (Director) increased holding from 8,999,850 to 18,000,000 @ 1.0 cents and bought 900,015 ARXO to take his holding to 2,900.015.
