LNP is vowing to slash even harder and is conflating international students with rapists and drug-dealers. Disgraceful stuff and all complete nonsense but investors want a degree of certainty I expect.
I thought Matt might be back with some wisdom by now. I'm bewildered that someone who asserts that he's so well-connected (and this goes for most of the educational commentariat through this process) has been unable to discern what's as plain as day. Namely that the LNP started this mess with support from the Murdoch press with the sole objective of keeping the immigration issue alive for the election.
The Education Industry (like the Car Industry, Manufacturing, Energy, Telecommunications etc before it) is just collateral damage.
