Please explain how that might possibly work with EDU "fending for itself". Take your time. If we stop issuing visas when the quota is reached that's going to occur in about March every year.

It's like their nuclear policy for energy that is going to bring costs down by spending $50B+ in 10 years without generating a Watt of electricity. Policy magic. Something in it for everyone but blank pages once you open the cover.

Chaos and disruption.

That much of the "education industry" and many on here seems too dense to understand, too overcome by management consultants to care or too by cowed by power to strongly call out the nonsense says a fair bit about what the "education industry" turns out as product these days.
