I came across this on a qantas flight. Was asked to move , ok why? Because you wouldn't want your own kids sitting next to a man was the response . No problems , as people stared at me as a potential child
Molester I changed places with my then partner across the isle and sat next to her two kids(not mine) . Ironic really .
Was handled so rudely that I refuse to this day to fly qantas if can be possible avoided.
Personally if put my kids on a flight alone I'd hope they got to sit next to a man like me who would help them if they need it. Understand though that airlines don't have a way to tell if someone's like me or like Catherine birnie say.
