Also Jadel, I wonder if and when Wellington Capital take control of the PIF, do they have the right to continue with the non-payment of distributions? Will the holders who had funds due for redemption have the choice to redeem their funds if they so choose? There is also a number of investors who had funds accepted in January 2008 after the the loan to the RBOS had been breached who possibly have a strong legal case to have these funds returned (along with outstanding interest) depending on a ruling yet to be determined by ASIC. Wellington Capital will need to have access to large amounts of capital in the event of these investors bailing out in my opinion. These are issues that will need to be adressed by MS Hutson.
