i doubt a tender offer

The AU shares are halted pending announcement concerning the IPO which was called off late Friday. SNDE has to announce in the USA first on Monday before AU will trade.
I believe that it is a regulation.
Eric would never sell out for $1.50-$2.00- he likes the building of a company too much.
There would be a better chance of the cow jumping over the moon than sea and sdcjf being sold @ $1.50-$2.00

Concerning a merger- I doubt that as well.

These guys are looking for the jackpot payout. Not too long ago this stock was .13 and $1.00- maybe in 3 years from now they will sell the company.
Now that this horrible IPO is buried sea or sdcjf is a strong buy
