lol...just like they did with the first "acquisition" call mid last year.
They are in all sorts of trouble as I see it...so they really need GPen to give them some chance of sorting it all out. Far too many shares on issue...no money...and no effective business without GPen.
CHF will be looking to get their money back somehow...with Gpen in their back pocket, MRY might actually stand a chance of being bought out.
Interesting, but a bit like watching pint dry I'm affraid.
