Wont be long before we are back well over 80c IMHO
AGS own 25% or 15 million + pounds of U308 at B4M and WITH more exploration potential it looks very viable....at a total cash cost of US $31.00 their margins are very good..... if you take a $25/lb EBIT based on AGS share of 3 million pounds per annum = 750,000 /lb @ $25 = 18.75 million profit PER ANNUM
......with 300 million on issue, gives us EPS of approx 7c
PERHAPS A TAKEOVER IS A REALISTIC OPTION FOR THE MAIN OPERATORS but why would you unless you can get a very good price and im talking $2.00 minimum....the B4M is going to be a cash cow for AGS IMHO
