    Thanks for the post.
    I must now join the throng and ask why are the directors selling if they are on the verge of this deal with IVBH.
    Notice the date on the 11/08/03 ann from the co.
    This would mean that due dill was done by yesterday.
    The same day as 15M xing.
    Then more today - it does sound sus and timely for the dirs to jump.
    Any comments??
