    surely june 26 was the day they could have negated any promise to pay the divvy
    watching the slaughtering the sp took that day hard to see any further value getting knocked off the bottom at 13.5c

    certainly nothing unethical or underhand at play
    in the end their debt repayment situation took the logical priority
