I think that Lazard probably forced them to not pay a divvy

reducing debt is the most sensible thing CQU can do.

if lazard are wise they will become the rudder for this ship and force mgmt to do as they are told

they end result for shareholders is net positive (with lazard in charge)
as i think if we'd let the current mgmt go on unabated then they may will have run the ship onto the rocks.

Doctor, that is a massive stake.... $150k in a stock like this.... you must have a big portfolio... or a big appetite for risk
