To get an idea of the potential capital raiaing: refer to Triple C's Research Report.
Cost of first two smelters is USD $17M = AUD $24M.
So far GMC has only raised AUD$12M.
So it needs another AUD $12M just to get the first smelters installed.
Now not only do I think it's a CR, it's a big capital raising to fund this capital requirement.
