I am using GMC's assumptions to reach all my conclusions. Optimism bias is a known phenomenon, so it is likely that my conclusions are best case scenarios.
As for shorting, it will not have any impact to shareholders apart from the excess supply of shares. As long as there is demand then it is of no consequence, but given the recent trading volumes 150m shares on the sell side could do some damage
