I worked in QF pre and post privitisation.
There have been huge productivity and efficiency gains in all areas of QF in that time.
Bu basically not management want 3rd world wages and conditions, in a 1st world ountry and airlne.
And Qantas is profiable and has 3.5 billion dollars in the bank.
Its just corporate greed now, pure and simple !
