Exactly. Everyone has a choice. People can complain to a point, but if they are truely unhappy with conditions or salaries then they need to look elsewhere.
I could whinge all day about my job, and I think I deserve more money too. But on balance I'm happy, so I stay. If that balance changes, I resign and find something that meets my needs better.
