    I've watched this stock for a year now.

    the macro economics are strong tail winds and I like the consolidation model which gives them scale.

    the issues are execution risk. their track record is poor but given the huge price falls and the current dividend yield I could no longer sit on the sides.

    management, please don't let me down!
