The problem is that initially they got that little and that means that they have to raise the offer with a considerable amount and even then they would be lucky to get say 30-40% at the most IMHO.
Too many SMM holders think that SMM is always worth more than whatever is offered and as mentioned, PDN's initial efforts had no measurable results.
There is a good chance they may not try at all or wait till after the ALP meeting.
