PDN has no cash to buy and can only use scrip.
All uranium stocks with a good history are rising anyway, particularly while seeing the U price moving so rapidly upwards.
Foreigners would be in this stock as well, of course. It is regularly being mentioned. NZers would be in this stock as well.
It is clear that the Opposition to this proposed takeover was well conducted and was far too strong.
I have been for some years in markets and can't recall companies taking less than 1% in their takeovers.
PDN played it too over-confidently.
