Whilst relating directly to PDN and the NGO's in Malawi wanting to issue an injunction against PDN's environmental assessment of their proposed mine ....it could provide added reason for PDN to REALLY want SMM - given safe jurisdiction - albeit balanced against Beattie likely to being forced to do a U-turn on his decision to support Qld uranium mining.
Tactically it adds further weight to SMM's position, but makes the water even muddier and complex! .
I hold PDN shares and am beginning to have (some) feelings of angst at having sold SMM last week....if liquidity allows I may go back in...
