On most mornings someone very nicely puts a buy order for a million shares just under the current sell price and then mysteriously removes it just before open.
Why would they do that?
Is it a amateurish attempt to convince someone to place a higher opening bid?
Is it the same person who has a millions shares on offer of sale?
Weird and very amateurish if that is the case.
