There is 1 particular resolution I would be keen on proposing at this year's AGM:

"That Dr Steve Meller be appointed as director of the company for an initial term of 3 years."

There are several reasons for this proposal:
- He is extremely qualified.
- He has a pre-existing and ongoing relationship with OBJ that, as far as we are aware, is largely positive.
- He has extensive industry experience and connections.
- Glyn likes him (has name-dropped him many times in the past).
- He will be "independent" in the sense that he is not part of the original OBJ "holy trinity" (Denison, Edwards & Quirk).
- It is a shareholder resolution that is least likely to antagonise the current directors (bearing in mind that any non-BOD proposed resolution is likely to be met with hostility by the BOD).

Director Meller would get things going. But I suspect it would be largely contingent on him being a willing director. He may have other priorities.
