Director Meller would get things going. But I suspect it would be largely contingent on him being a willing director. He may have other priorities.
There are a lot of legal responsibilities you take on as a director. I'm thinking if he wanted to have been a director he probably would have by now. If Meller had the ability to 'get things going' I'm sure that would have happened as well. You don't need to be a director to make things happen.
