The 60's and 70's were defining for us, but not for anyone else.
I marched in protest against Oz involvement in Vietnam when I was at uni, and had my name taken by the 'authorities' for that, then was called up for service the very next year!
Strange world, eh.
"Life's a bitch, and then you die." is the saying.
At times, few and far between, it makes sense to me.
