Indochine was a very poorly run company, and some of its scandalous behaviour occurred many years before they employed Steve Promnitz. I think that his error was to take the job but how many of us would refuse a massive salary package to work on a very impressive project (the Mt Kare gold project) As I have pointed out previously Indochine failed not because its management were cowboys (which they were) it failed because it needed to attract funding at the exact moment that the price of gold tanked
