Surely as company director, he has an obligation to be honest, transparent and ensure market is FULLY informed.
Not suggesting he or others have done illegal, but something smells rotten even before reading that article - 50% drop in 3 days and way down from ALL time highs, he exits and dumps clearly clearly something is smelly rotten / insider knowledge / scam or other....
Before anyone jumps on me I bailed and made profit, but that is still no excuse for such behaviour of MD / Board IF TRUE
