On similar note, i remember hearing in the news about a monastery-bound monk meditating on the lotto numbers so that when he won he could donate the winnings to the monastery restoration fund (which was in great need). Needless to say, he won. The funny part was that his guru said it wasn't appropriate and didn't allow the monk to collect. Sigh....!
