Nothing wrong with having a .com domain name (http://www.phytotechmed.com), in fact it shows that the company is doing business globally and not just in Australia. You can set up recurring renewals for a domain name, so that doesn't mean anything. True, the website is basic, but they can now afford to invest in improving their presence on the web.
The good thing is that they are focusing on regulated markets at the moment - US, Canada, Israel and Europe. Once the appropriate regulations are passed in Australia, they will be a de-facto industry leader in Aus. So they are not dependent on Australian market at the moment and they already have devices in production. Check it out on:

Anyhow, I've passed on a few 10-baggers that looked much less appealing than this. I'm willing to invest a relatively small amount and hold it for a while.
