Ver tightly held shares among few shareholders..Look at the share allocation ----86% shares held by four or five big shareholders and rest mostly by super funds which are not eager to sell as they keep for long term.........
The future of this stock is approval of mining application.......once its been approved you will see alot of interest....
Management has a lot on stake and quite expereinced as wellvery conservative in spening money unless they start production....IMHO........
