you have to remember that you are dealing with a government....nothing is a simple process.

It's no different from trying to get anything done here in Australia, exactly the same.

Ask anyone involved in the mining/exploration game in WA and they will testify to the amount of red, green and black tape that you have to wade through as part of the approval process.....Neverless the process is still a formality and I would expect the same for over there.

As for how long it can take?? Well it has taken up to 4 years!!
I'm highly confident it won't take CDS that long though and suspect we are very, very close.
