After almost 6 months of down side they are extrememly oversold.
Hoye said the other day that his indicator is on a buy.
This is only the 9th buy signal since 1975.
Gains were from 20% to 70% over the space of 4 months.
There was one complete failure in 2002. A stop below this weeks lows should cover that.
That is his opinion not mine.
