Well I'm pleased to report a response back from the M.D himself.
"The NW Europe deal remains on track but the Xmas weather in the UK plus the holiday season in Europe conspired to delay completion of the definitive agreement."
An announcement will be coming with revised time frames when they are known but corporate are just getting back to work..
So all is well, I guess delays are inevitable when bad weather is involved, god knows what will happen to QLD-Based companies :D
