All he said was what I pasted word for word from his email..
I read it as being weather problems in the entire region and a generally relaxed work ethic in that part of the world when there is so much snow and cold weather about.
Christmas and holidays on top of that and a "sense of urgency" goes right out the window. ;)
We still don't know and have to wait but there is no change to the fundamentals.
