Blaming our national treasurer for low interest rates is a choice you may be happy with but I suspect there are millions out there who are finding low interest rates more of a blessing than a curse. But you go ahead and sheet blame wherever you want.

I expect you are competent enough at sequential arithmetic so if you were to take the average number of functioning Argo buoys, then multiply that number by the number of readings each one takes each year, then multiply your answer by the number of years the buoys have been working, What sort of a number do you think you would get?

I suggest to you that number would be in the millions.
