Qualilifications don`t have a lot to do with a person`s ability to see flaws in an IPCC scam. That is global warming .Oops now climate change . Now extreme climatic events. Getting harder to disprove the vaguer the title.If the t measurement reality doesn`t accord with the exaggerations of the IPCC models then there are obviously flaws in the underpinning assumptions . Basic science !! As Rajendra Pachauri ,Head of IPCC said when shown IPCC exaggerations "The science is less important ,its all about the political process" Pachauri is a railway engineer so on qualification grounds hardly the quals. to head IPCC.
