Whilst I assume this is an expression of your positive sentiment, I can't fathom the reasoning.
All going well with the SPP (and it should) PRR is effectively fully funded for the entire programme of clinical trials and product development right up to FDA approvals submission. That said, why would we be looking for another cap raising along the way?
If Phase III trials show successful outcomes (some 2 years down the track), the SP will be well north of that mark. Depending on cashflow from the pilot programes in Dubai and other jurisdictions and managements decisions on global commercialisation & marketing, there's no guarantee that there would be a need for any further cap raisings at all.
