    The increased tax receipts are from the GST and booming excise duties on petrol and tobacco.

    The reason our federal budgets are in the black is the huge amount of tax being collected.

    Welfare spending etc is rising, not falling, jeez they just gave families and carers the biggest bonuses ever.
