Hopefully when he says the DMS will reach full horespower by March he means that it will do so sometime before the end of February.
Having said that, I can't imagine that it would take 3 months to commission it...
Perhaps the full horsepower was more in relation to the amount of time it's operating. Happy to wait until March if it's going to be running 24/7! I do question why the relatively small drill samples can't be put through the existing DMS though...
I do get a very positive vibe from your post and I hope that is Miles' positivity coming though.
