I have seen this before. The Namibian government won't stop mining in their country. It would have a horrible effect on them with other companies that wanted to prospect, and now wouldn't go near them. However a temporary stoppage will result in a better deal for them, and or bribe. Maybe they know how good the area RTM has, and they want a piece of the pie. Maybe they regret not getting a better deal from PDN. Just IMHO.The mining eventually goes ahead and the goverment officals are richer.
As it occurred to anyone IMHO that these same officals in Namibia, could be buying RTM and RTMO on the ASX, or even better, later on on the AIM exchange along with some of our company officals. JMHO. Talk about a great deal. You can cause the problem sending the stock down and also buy it cheap.
