It's somebody selling, but using bots to get the volume out that they need, without knocking the price down to halfway down the "buy" side. Presumably a broker on behalf of a client.

At least they're not using the bots to walk the price down and down to trigger suto-stops, etc, like we see with so many other stocks - pure manipulation.

This seems to be one of the (few) legitimate uses of a bot.

TOX remains a long term buy and accumulate for me - ever since the sub-2 cent days.
