Early 90s I spent a lot of time on excel as I worked through a applied science degree.....and I used it somewhat afterward also..since then say 12 years I have had the luxury of not needing by choice or design to use it....it's been wonderful!
Trying ATM to use a full 2010 version to create a simple spreadsheet and it has all become shyte!!!!
Seriously I gotta have a spit as the frustration is massive..gotta laugh though...trying to hide a simple formula from screwing up my column order by size/number is currently defeating me....I don't care if it is protected or not I just want to order it without seeing the f%$#g formula!!!!!!!!!
How do kids get through a science degree these days if this is the best in default sophistication we have.

I feel a bit better :) but it's short recompense...I want my early 90s version of excel back.
