Just remember though everyone, give the new CEO a chance. This guy is an aquaculture EXPERT with an A-Class resume which means a number of things but most importantly contacts throughout the world which can only be a good thing. Like Paul Steere, Craig Foster's bread and butter is aquaculture, he knows it inside out and he knows CSS's operations like the back of his hand.
An individual of this calibre wouldn't sacrifice their professional credibility if they didn't believe something was exciting in the new opportunity.
Quality management (of which a CEO is the crucial factor) is one of the major catalysts of a company's success. This is an exciting time for all involved.
Just all be patient and support the company and Dr Foster, he'll make it happen.
