    Tavold,
    No system is perfect, given that Humans are not perfect.
    However, nothing should prevent humans from correcting past injustices.
    I for one was very Anti, the Push for females to be given priority in the Teaching Profession in NSW during the middle 1980's.... I had a vested interest at that time.
    However, I now can see the point being made during that period ---Females now occupy a much greater % of Executive positions in the NSW Education Department....maybe TOO Many ----- Think on it!

    There are fewer MALE Teachers entering this profession ----- Role Models for Children!
