Agree - Unless they address customer service/satisfaction this mob are going to go down when a serious competitor arrives. People everywhere have had enough of the BS marketing announcements.

Andy Penn said Telstra had made significant improvements in how it deals with customers but had "so much more to do", and adopting a spirit of "disruption" was key to that.") Eight months on no discernible change only more "disruption" for clients. Lucky for Telstra - the current competition is nearly as bad.
