i complained about being overbilled once, was refunded and i threatened to leave - nice lady gave a 10 dollar discount for customer loyalty off my monthly bills. i think it has improved remarkably from the 1990s and 2000s - i had left them previously for both broadband and mobile services due to customer service. TLS just seem to have their customer support processes matured and all the infrastructure like customer portals in place to solve issues quickly - except when a building catches fire and you accidentally receive a strangers SEXTs![]()
