I agree with you trevin. If it wasn't for Ted there would be no Hardman investment in Mauritania and HDR would have remained a poor insignificant pretence of a company. People who build a organisation from virtually nothing risking a lot of own personal wealth in the process, should be well rewarded and others shouldn't complain if those innovators happen to make a bit more out of it than later investors.
