The end of this thread for me as there is too many options in examples and too many individual circumstances but basically if you want to move up your share cost base it works and especially for the family members on lower income or spending 12 months travel, pregnancy etc
Just one last note for anyone who has shares invested in their company name and who thinks they will hold them for more than a year. WHY????
