Take2, thanks for that ammendment.

I've had a look at the ICP deal to buy Transact and found this description of what Transact does. The wording is strange and I might be completely wrong, but it sounds like they just manage ATM's for Bankwest, which begs the question,who owns them and who fills them up with cash. And if the answer is Bank West, what is Transact's cut of the proceeds? Anyway, I put it out there because I just don't know. I would be grateful for any other comments.

The Transact Group and its business
The Transact Group operates a business that supplies, installs and maintains ATMs.
Transact has an agreement with Bank West and Pulse whereby Pulse supplies
switching services to enable Transact to install and operate ATMs connected through
Bank West's ATM system to an interchange network. Transact enters into contracts
called site agreements with customers or merchants where the ATMs are located.
Typical locations of Transact ATMs are pubs, hotels and clubs.
Transact earns rebate income under the terms of its agreement with Bank West and
Pulse. The rebate is calculated per transaction undertaken on each ATM installed by
Transact on a Transact customer's premises pursuant to a site agreement. From this
rebate income earned by Transact pursuant to the agreement with Bank West and
Pulse, Transact pays its customers a merchant rebate in accordance with the relevant
ATM site contract.
