Look, don't get me wrong......I wish CUS all the best. I have held the stock for long periods at times....I had backed the man (Baker), but have lost faith in his ability to deliver.......and as real estate is all about the 3P's - position x 3.........Public companies are about the 3M's - Management, management, management......and the man has let me down on CUS...

Conversely, James Manny CEO ICP.....is running ICP like a machine (from the ground up).....ex-Head of Intl Investments Division with Deutsche Bank Hong Kong......I'm backing the man....and sleep well at night knowing that he is in control....
