(you've gotta be at the pick up point ((Generally a carpark) before the clients arrive and you've gotta wait until the clients pick their pooch back up 10 hours later)))

Read an article in ME magazine regarding a multi millionaire which has the similar philosophy as I do regarding the equation 2 + 2 =
it goes like this... 2 + 2 does not equal 4... because if you think like that you'll quickly go broke... 2 + 2 does not equal 5 either...as that just means you go bankrupt slowly. Neither does it equal 6, as that just means you're getting by. 2 + 2 actually equals 8 which means you make profit and puts some fat in between. But you want to work on the principle 2 + 2 equals 7, because although it equals 8, you want to give your customer's some discount and ensure your customers return again and again...
Regarding the location for a doggy day care, you'd need to find a suitable location with council consent n permitting...
And when you get an accountant, the first thing you ask is what does 2 + 2 equal...best reply you can receive from them is, "What would you like it to equal?"
